Your responsibilities

  • Assisting the Team Head and the handling lawyers in their day-to-day tasks particularly office support including word processing, report generation, and scheduling appointments
  • Updating the database of cases based on daily reports provided by the handling lawyers
  • Finalizing pleadings and preparing the required annexes
  • Filing pleadings and other documents to courts, city prosecutor's office, BSP, etc.
  • Finalizing and formatting documents such as affidavits of service, demand letters, correspondences, memorandum, special power of attorney, secretary’s certificate, and administrative forms

About you

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College degree
  • Must possess good communications skills, be computer literate, and can work with minimum supervision
  • Analytical, hardworking, people and service-oriented, have the ability to work under pressure and is a team player
  • Applicants must be willing to be assigned to Ortigas Area
  • Must be a Filipino citizen
