Legal Compliance Support

• Support compliance processes and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws
  
• Maintain and update legal and regulatory records accurately
  
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for compliance audits
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to follow active processes and ensure standardization
  
• Respond to compliance-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  
• 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience (preferred)
  
• Experience in a medical, legal, or regulatory office setting is an advantage
  

• Advanced time management and organizational skills
  
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  
• Keen attention to detail with a disciplined approach to processes
  
• Presentation and public speaking skills (a plus)
  
• Ability to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team player
  

• Proficient in computer use, business phone systems, and office software
  
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  
• Comfortable with video conferencing and other digital collaboration tools
