Legal Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our Legal Department. In this role, you will support key business activities by drafting and negotiating contracts, providing legal guidance across the organization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and the Legal Coordinator to manage legal risk and contribute to the continuous improvement of our legal processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with external partners.
• Provide clear legal advice and guidance to internal teams to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the Legal Coordinator to manage complex legal matters and high-impact negotiations.
• Coordinate with external legal consultants and ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and support their implementation across the Group.
• Ensure proper management, tracking, and archiving of legal documentation.
• Support the protection of trademarks and intellectual property.
• Contribute to the improvement of legal workflows, tools, and procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Law.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in English.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English.
