Legal Template Developer (US Legal Automation, Hybrid)

Salary: P60,000 – P70,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• 3+ years of legal experience and/or training at a paralegal or higher level;
• Seasoned in template automation development for legal practices such as Estate Planning, Family Law, etc.
• Technical aptitude with ability and desire to learn new technologies;
• Self-motivated and flexible with experience in a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple projects and competing priorities;
• Able to work successfully in a collaborative or team environment;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Well-organized, reliable, and resourceful;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong and demonstrable logical reasoning and analytical thinking abilities;
• Humility plus strong opinions that are loosely held;
• Genuine empathy and strong interpersonal skills;

What will you do?

• Learning and mastering the company's legal document automation products;
• Developing and building legal document templates using the company's legal software;
• Ensuring quality in development and quality in final deliverables;
• Being responsible for balancing speed, quality, and consistency of template design;
• Breaking down complex concepts into smaller, more manageable pieces;
• Being able to adapt your process to the needs of the situation;
• Developing and maintaing quality standards across content libraries to ensure a consistent and frustration-free customer experience;
