Liaison Officer (Test Job)

The Liaison Officer will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication between Genfinity and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and other organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between Genfinity and external stakeholders

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders and respond to inquiries.

• Address any issues that arise and provide solutions.

• Meets and negotiates with persons from the government, non-government and private sectors as per management instruction.

• Processes permits, licenses, certifications and other similar documents as needed.

• Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Human Resource:

• Prepare and submit all required documents to government agencies in accordance with HR transactions such as but not limited to submission of ER2 form to Philhealth, submission of Alphalist to BIR, and ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Preferably with a Driver’s License

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
