Required Experience/Skills: Must have at least two (2) years of relevant experience in liaising operations. Knowledge of principles and methods for coordinating communication between internal and external.Essential Functions: Liaises between company and external organization to communicate and coordinate their activities by serving as an official go-between for employees of both organizations.Areas of Responsibilities:1.Act under the authority of HR & Admin department to coordinate and control any related standards activities.2.Facilitate communication between company and external organization. In so doing, the liaison shall provide advice on the company’s purposes, principles and projects.3.Expected to have an up to date knowledge on external organizations projects and announcements4.Active in the liaison tasks and attends key meetings5.Support strategic partnership by inter department by providing top quality advise, facilitating effective knowledge management, provide technical assistance, coordination, monitoring and reporting in any collaborationJob RequirementEducation: High School Graduate or College Level/Bachelor's degree in business or any related field.
