License Compliance Specialist

Location: Remote - Philippines / Hybrid - Philippines

Position Summary:

We are looking for License Compliance sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team.  The team’s goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user.

The two main elements of the program are:

 1) Lead Generation and Qualification.

 2) Enforcement.

Responsibilities:

• Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.


• Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.


• Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.


• Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.


• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel. 


• Participate in:

• 
  
  
  
  1. Communication campaigns.
  
  
  2. Managing enforcement providers and counsel.
  
  
  3. Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree.


• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.


• Strong negotiation skills.


• Proficiency in English 


• Proficiency in Tagalog is advantageous
