JOB DESCRIPTION:

A successful Team Leader in Direct Channel Insurance Sales is expected to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance market. They should be proactive, results-oriented, and capable of driving a high-performance sales culture.

This role is responsible to handle one FLS (Front Line Sales Management), managing a team of 8-10 FLS (Front Line Sales Management), achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

This role will also be responsible for monitoring calls and appointments, accompany-FLS for joint calls as per requirement.
