Job Description - LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Outreach & LinkedIn Specialist to manage outbound lead generation campaigns using Outreachly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry or construction support services and will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads via LinkedIn while ensuring a smooth transition to our CRM for follow-up and nurturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns using Outreachly, tailored to our ideal client profiles in the construction industry.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create highly targeted prospect lists based on role, location, and industry sector.
  • Personalize messages and optimize outreach sequences to improve connection and response rates.
  • Tag and qualify leads appropriately (Interested, Not Interested, Follow-Up) and sync all data to HubSpot CRM.
  • Export and assign Not Interested leads to the Marketing Leads list in HubSpot for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff and follow-through of warm leads.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging templates and track improvements.
  • Maintain clean, updated records within HubSpot to support reporting and analytics.
  • Submit weekly reports with outreach KPIs and lead engagement insights.

Tools You'll Use:

  • Outreachly – for LinkedIn outreach automation
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator – for prospecting and segmentation
  • HubSpot CRM – for tracking and managing leads

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, outbound sales, or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Outreachly, Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • Excellent written English communication and professional tone
  • Preferred: Background in the construction industry, construction tech, or staffing services related to construction
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with lead tagging, CRM data accuracy, and working toward measurable KPIs
