Job Description - Listing Input Specialist (Remote) - PHILIPPINES ONLY

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Listing Input Specialist to support our Builder Listings team by creating, updating, and maintaining new construction listings in the MLS. This role is essential in ensuring our builder partners' listings are accurate, current, and compliant—directly impacting sales performance and client satisfaction.

You will manage a high volume of daily listing tasks and work closely with internal teams to ensure every listing reflects correct property information, pricing, and marketing assets. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and maintain MLS listings for new construction homes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage approximately 30 listings per day while meeting compliance and quality expectations.
  • Input new listings using CRM data and builder-provided materials.
  • Build new floor plans from scratch in MLS, ensuring all details and specifications are correctly represented.
  • Clone existing listings and customize them for individual properties.
  • Update listing prices promptly and ensure all pricing reflects CRM changes.
  • Upload and maintain listing photos and other marketing assets.
  • Review and validate listings prior to activation to ensure accuracy and MLS compliance.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all listings in alignment with builder standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to clarify missing or unclear listing information.
  • Meet daily deadlines and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume workflow.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with MLS systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and builder-specific guidelines.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Requirements:

  • Full-time availability, committed to a 40-hour workweek.
  • Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday.
  • Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
  • Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS).
  • Dual monitor is a plus
  • Monthly salary of $850.
  • Up to 12 Paid Time Off days per year
