SOLAIRE RESORT ENTERTAIMENT CITY

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the studio casino games.

• Live monitoring of active players.

• Provide guidance, support, and training to dealers.

• Motivate, lead and maintain a fair and comfortable working environment.

• Ensure that all gaming rules and regulations are adhered to.

• Collaborate with other casino departments, such as surveillance and IT regarding technical difficulties that arise.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on gaming activities, including table statistics, and equipment malfunctions.

• Monitoring grooming guidelines and compliance at all times.

• Identify, report and record table infractions and discrepancies.

• Create, maintain and adjust studio table game rosters.

• Evaluate OGH (dealer) performance.

• Manage card usage and inventory

• Game settlements including but not limited to resetting of angel eye shoe.
