The Loadshift Liaison Officer aims to increase, improve, and expand Loadshift’s reach within the freighting industry.
They are always ready to assist drivers, carriers, and operators to have a great experience by providing helpful information, answering questions, expanding the market, and presenting them with more options.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, approve, and reject vetting documents submitted by transport operators and freight owners
- Contact users with rejected documents and provide instructions to help them complete the vetting process
- Conduct random audits as necessary and apply appropriate account sanctions to non-compliant users after a given period of time
- Approve or reject requests to join our Facebook groups.
- Moderate posts in our Facebook groups
- Scrub load leads in the Facebook groups for cross posting in Loadshift
- Help increase the volume of available drivers onsite through targeted lead generation and driver acquisition strategies
- Upsell membership plans in Loadshift
- Address general user concerns via emails and chats in a timely manner
Requirements
Educational Background
- Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree or at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Fluent in written and spoken American English
- Must have customer service experience
Skills Required
- Has fluent written and oral English communication skills
- Organized, systematic, and detail and process-oriented
- Can effectively build and maintain rapport with customers
- Has basic technical troubleshooting skills
- Can apply critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Has schedule flexibility to accommodate shift rotations and requests for overtime as necessary
- Sales experience and freight industry background are preferred
