Loan Officer

Octal Philippines Inc. is on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will play a key role in assessing loan applications, providing clients with financial guidance, and ensuring that all lending processes comply with the required standards. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and facilitating a smooth loan approval experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loan processing or related field
• Strong understanding of banking regulations and lending practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software
• Experience in customer service and relationship management
