The Loan Officer / Account Executive is responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the loan application process, and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial contact to loan closure. This role involves relationship-building, thorough documentation review, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach strategies.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, systematically following up to nurture leads.
Engage clients through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups to build and maintain strong relationships.
Loan Application and Qualification:
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand client objectives, financial situations, and lending requirements.
Qualify initial deals and project scopes to ensure they meet funding criteria.
Review client loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Client Communication and Support:
Present soft terms and term sheets to clients, addressing any questions and ensuring they understand and agree to the conditions.
Maintain real-time communication with clients, providing regular updates on their loan status.
Support general and borrower-specific calls, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Documentation and CRM Management:
Manage client information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Collect and review key documentation required for loan processing, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, including the back office, to ensure efficient loan processing and client satisfaction.
Ad hoc:
Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan origination, sales, or account management.
Strong understanding of the lending process, with the ability to learn private lending sector specifics quickly.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and loan processing software.
Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
Ability to conduct comprehensive client needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 5 PM Central Standard Time (CST)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in private lending or familiarity with hedge fund note purchase guidelines.
Background in financial services or real estate lending.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $800 - $900 + $50 Allowance per month
