Job Description - Lobby Ambassador


• Anticipates traffic in all entrances and obtains specific instructions from superior regarding scheduled arrivals and departures as well as functions and events.
• Gives pertinent information about the Hotel and the entire property to guests inquiring about this information.
• Provides related information to arriving guests.
• Provides guest information such as directions, functions/events, scheduled attractions, etc.
• Greets guests when entering or leaving the property.
• Gives instructions and directions to taxi drivers as requested by guests.
• Coordinates with Concierge should there be a need to assist guests with their luggage or transportation requirements.
• Observe strict Lobby decorum.

Requirements


Education

• College Level

Work experience
• Modeling/ushering experience is necessary

Relevant skills
• Knowledge of Hotel facilities and services
• Customer oriented; pleasing and charming
• Good command of the English language; knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
