Logistics Assistant (Pahinante)

Join us at Ecolutions PH – an eco-friendly packaging company that aims to replace single use plastic with eco-friendly alternatives.

We’re looking for logistics assistant to join our team! The main objective of this role is to help our logistics team during deliveries and order fulfillment. This role will also help with general in-office assistance for general day to day tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• You will report to the Logistics head – most of the time it will be the order dispatcher and the head driver.
• You will help with the loading, unloading and delivering of goods to our clients’ delivery outlets.
• Help with the documentation processing during deliveries – delivery receipts, sales invoice receiving, etc
• Help with our warehouse management and inventory transfers.
• Help with the general maintenance and upkeep of our delivery trucks and vehicles.
• If possible, you will also help with the collection of payment from our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a high school graduate.
• This is an onsite role. Must be able to get to the office located in Sta Ana, Manila
• Hard worker, honest and responsible.
• Basic math and English skills.
• Bonus: if you have a good knowledge of the roads in Metro Manila.
• Bonus: if you have a driver’s license, or can ride a motorcycle bike.

SETUP:

• Work is onsite in our office in Sta Ana, Manila
• Office hours is from 8:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday. With lunch and meryenda breaks.
• Salary Offer: Starting salary of 610.00/day.
• There will be a 3 month probationary or trial period so we can both see if this is a good fit.
