Job Description - Logistics Coordinator | Dayshift and Weekends Off

ZigZag is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team!

The Logistics Coordinator is a role within the Logistic Team which is primarily responsible for logistic processes and procedures to fulfil wholesale sales orders to our client's customers. Subject to the team’s workload, the Logistics Coordinator is supported by the Warehouse Assistant.

The Logistics Coordinator reports directly to the Warehouse & Logistic Manager.

Core Functions (KPIs)

  1. Support the Sales Team by coordinating, fulfilling and dispatching bulk and VIP customer wholesale orders (on the Data entry, processing EDI and consolidating the packing list from different shipping locations) (both domestic and international) accurately, according to, and within Lioness quality and time standards.

  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Production Team, Sales Team, Warehouse Team, factories, and freight forwarders) to collate and coordinate export and import of all VIP orders with the key outcomes being timeliness.

  3. Support on splitting Pos into multiple stores/pre-allocating from bulk Pos into multiple customer orders, deliver the report to the factories accurately within Lioness quality and time standards.

  4. Support sales team to replenish inventory (preorders) on Website for sales within a deadline.

Ongoing Functions

  • Teamwork: During busy periods, work collaboratively with the Warehouse Team staff to utilise available resources to meet strict delivery deadlines for all Lioness customers.

  • Systems: Be able to correctly use Indigo to create/allocate/pack/ amend sales orders. Be able to use DHL Express, Direct Freight, StartShipIT, and any other courier or fulfillment platform to book labels and pick up. Understand, use and support others to use existing systems and technology to achieve team warehouse and logistics functions.

  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal and external stakeholders to promote teamwork, collaborative problem solving and clear communication, in order to achieve Lioness business goals

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience working in Fashion/Beauty/E-commerce is highly preferred

  • Experience in EDI

  • Excellent communication skills are required

  • Advanced skills in Excel

  • This is a hybrid setup - work from home with once a week onsite. Office is located in Ortigas, Pasig City. Working schedule M-F 7am to 4pm/6am to 3pm
