Job Description - Logistics Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the Client: Our client is a growing logistics and transportation company that works closely with drivers and partners to ensure shipments are delivered efficiently and on schedule. The team focuses on maintaining clear communication and accurate shipment tracking to support smooth day-to-day logistics operations

Overview: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support logistics operations by monitoring shipments, communicating with drivers, and ensuring delivery documentation is properly collected. This role involves tracking loads, making outbound calls to obtain updates, and helping maintain accurate shipment records.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and Trace shipments by monitoring load progress and ensuring drivers are moving according to schedule. Provide updates on shipment status when needed.

  • Make outbound calls to drivers to obtain updated ETAs, current locations, and delivery progress, and confirm the status of active loads.

  • Collect and organize Proof of Delivery (POD) documents after loads are completed and ensure all delivery records are properly documented.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred, particularly in dispatching, track and trace, or supporting freight operations.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls, especially when communicating with drivers to obtain shipment updates, locations, and delivery ETAs.

  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written, to clearly communicate with drivers and the team.

Schedule: GY shift (US Hours)

Setup: Remote / WFH
