Job Description - Logistics Operations Officer - Cebu

Warehousing, Storage & Distribution (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

  • To ensure accurate and timely dispatching of products and manage inventory according to established policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Service Center, Logistics Planning & Transport and execute dispatch activities based on plans and available orders in the system.
  • Ensure availability of products through consistent monitoring of inventory requirements and movements. Perform periodic inventory reconciliation and adjustments as approved.
  • Maximize utilization of trucks in the most cost-effective way.
  • Coordinates with the various departments and other business units to efficiently effect satisfactory product delivery and related customer services in the safest and most cost-effective means.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year relevant experience in distribution / warehousing
  • Required Skill(s): Dispatch Operations, Inventory Monitoring, Transport Utilization
  • Willing to be assigned in Cebu.
