Logistics Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering of any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience as Supervisor in warehouse and distribution operations
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, and delivery logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules and render extended hours when necessary.

Job Description:

1. Plans and schedules manpower for receiving and dispatch operation.
2. Ensures that finished products are accurately received from Production and toll Manufacturer.
3. Ensures that finished products are properly allocated and issued correctly to all salesman
4. Ensures the achievement of dispatch target time for all districts
5. Coordinates with Sales admin, Marketing and Production group all other matters concerning dispatch and receiving operations.
6. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness in the accomplishment and submission of required reports in dispatch.
7. Ensures that required activities are strictly implemented in dispatch and receiving operations.

8. Ensures required checklist and monitoring documents are accomplished on time.
9. Initiates procedure and action plan for effective monitoring and control in dispatch operation and activities
10. Monitors regularly and prepare daily update on dispatch operation and ensure proper turn over to shift personnel
11. Review, monitors and ensures compliance to ISO related requirements
12. Performs other tasks which may be assigned from time to time after given appropriate training.
