Lubrication Engineer - Western Mindanao

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To develop individual account strategies within the area of responsibility in support of the Sales Goals.

2. To consult and plan with Chief Lube Engineer and Sales Team to implement product recommendations, lubrication service guidelines, Planned Engineering Service and appropriate technical programs for nominated customers within the area of responsibility.

3. To Identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers within the area of responsibility.

4. To implement and evaluate technical programs for customers where applicable.

5. To manage customer product technical complaints.

6. To provide technical support for the implementation of new products and marketing campaigns.

7. To gather data from customer to prepare and present Benefit Proposals, Benefit Reports, and produce Proofs of Performances where applicable.

8. To document results of technical projects to quantify savings and/or cost avoidance using Benefit Reports and Proof of Performance.

9. To work with Sales Managers and Sales Team to develop new industrial and automotive customers; Identify customer needs; Communicate proactively with target account technical staff to promote early adoption of Mobil lubricants and programs using Benefit Proposals within the area of responsibility.

10. To identify and secure product upgrade opportunities.

11. To Act as technical resource for the Sales Team and coach for value added selling.

12. Assist Sales team in the preparation of customer proposals.

13. Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance, equipment functions, etc. to the Chief Engineer and Management Team.

14. To present training courses to new sales staff and customers of Lubrication Fundamentals, Basic product knowledge, applications and basic technical programs as per the Services Offer.

15. To present advanced training courses to Sales Team and select customers.

16. To Handle special accounts in assigned area.

17. To Manage Used Oil Analysis and other programs extended to customers within the area of responsibility.

18. To Support the use of the ExxonMobil brand and support brand integrity compliance.

19. To Support product integrity compliance.

To Undertake Sales function for select Company accounts when and where applicable under the stewardship of the Sales Manager within the area of responsibility.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Training

1. College Graduate preferably in the field of Engineering, (Mechanical. Industrial or Chemical) or equivalent

2. Other professional certification is a plus

Work Experience

1. Minimum 2-3 years Sales experience from within the organization Preferably in the field of Lubricant.

With industrial or automotive services/ sector, or the equivalent combination of formal education, combined with some level of customer service experience.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
