Machine Helper

1. Assist Machine Operator in operating production machine and or in assembling product according to customer requirements of quality, cost and time using the most economical and effective means.2. Strictly follow the Standard Operating Procedure of the machine and its detailed Work Instruction.3. Assist in Monitoring equipment during operations, making sure it is working properly by watching and checking of gauges and dials according to work instructions given by Superiors.4. Use and read measuring equipment as required. Includes micrometers, rulers, calipers, tape measure, etc.5. Maintain a clean and safe work area through 5S implementation.6. Fill-out production forms or measured items verified by Production Team Leader and or QA Inspector.7. Assist the Machine Operator in achieving scheduling/delivery requirements.8. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior.
