Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a MaintenanceManager!

The MaintenanceManager is accountable in overseeing efficient and effective operations of theMaintenance Department spanning asset management & inventory control,facilities and utilities operations, preventive maintenance planning &execution, and line maintenance and instrumentation, following implementationapplicable of maintenance, quality, occupational safety and line HR systems,anchored with business needs and objectives. The Maintenance Manager shallensure implementation of capital expenditure projects and control repairs &maintenance budget, ensuring efficient resource management focused onmaximizing overall equipment effectiveness, and cost savings & improvement.

DUTIES,RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

The MaintenanceManager shall:

· Lead theMaintenance Team by overseeing and managing maintenance operations based onexecution plans and targets, ensuring operational compliance based on keyperformance indicators and key results areas, as aligned with businessobjectives and business needs;

· Monitorstrategic planning activities, and execution of plans and programs of theDepartment;

· Ensureimplementation of policies and internal memorandum; and align with updates onimplemented policies and standards related but not limited to EHS HazardIdentification and Risk Assessment, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015(QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC; and as in the case may be, form part of theInternal Audit team and ensure compliance on established management systemsmentioned;

· Ensure and leadimplementation of corrective and preventive maintenance within the perimetersof the site, serving as process champion for breakdown analyses, basicequipment care, and PM planning;

· Overseeend-to-end resource management (e.g. repairs and maintenance budgetallocations, PM planning & execution) and inventory control (e.g. spareparts and maintenance consumables); and manage allocation of the departmentbudget;

· Represent theorganization, as needed, in functional congregations, especially in liaisingwith Corporate Maintenance Group, and other Maintenance Managers from differentURC BCFG Plants;

· Performassigned tasks for subordinates including, but not limited to, daily directionsettings, capability development, talent management, employee discipline, andperformance & goals management; and

· Perform othertasks and functions as may be delegated by the Immediate Superior.

JOBSPECIFICATIONS

· Graduate of anyengineering course, preferably with license/certification on Mechanical,Electrical or Chemical Engineering; Professional-level license, or graduatestudies, preferably related to Business Administration or Engineering, is anadvantage;

· With at least 7years of experience in manufacturing industry, 3 years of which in managerialcapacity. Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;

· Has a deepknowledge in end-to-end value chain management for Maintenance operationsspanning Line Maintenance & Instrumentation, Facilities & UtilitiesOperations, Asset Management & Inventory Control, and PM Planning &Execution;

· With aptitudein implementing relevant management systems in the food industry, including butnot limited to Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALALand FSSC;

· With prominentleadership, communication and basic management (planning, leading, organizingand controlling) skills;

· Withproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook andTeams, at minimum), and SAP; and

· With excellentpeople management skills, backed by solid experience in coaching, mentoring,employee discipline, performance management, talent development and change management.Familiarity with labor laws and line human resources functions is required.
