Maintenance Planner

Eram Talent, a renowned Talent Acquisition Company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities
• Analyze equipment performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with procurement team to ensure availability of required spare parts
• Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance team

• Diploma/ degree in Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or similar role
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles
• Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP or Maximo
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications or training in maintenance planning is a plus
