Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)*Job Description:*
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining plant processing, facility and support equipment.
*Location: *Hillsboro, WI
*Hours**: ** *Monday - Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:00 am
*Wage**:**  *$32.47/hr. plus shift differential

*Required Qualifications & Experiences:*

* 18 years or older
* Basic computer skills
* Communicates work order progress to supervisor and production operators
* Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and possess basic mathematical skills
* Ensures a safe working environment for self and others while performing assigned tasks
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively work with a variety of people and departments
*Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:*

* 1+ years’ experience with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyers, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.
* Prior industrial maintenance experience, knowledge and/or education
* Forklift experience preferred or willing to be trained for certification
* Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
* Self-reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
* Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
* Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Possess mechanical aptitude. Some experience with mechanical systems, utilizing product manuals, troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns, and reading mechanical drawings.
*Essential Physical Requirements:*

* Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and perform occasional bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
* Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
* Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include work in environments where dust is present
