Cosa farai:

Execute Operation and Implement Effective Preventive Maintenance Program for Processing Equipment. Support in ensuring that Processing KPI is well within the set limits and parameters must pass the regulatory standard. Identify and implement improvements on equipment, system, program, and processes

Responsabilità chiave:

1. Ensure Maintenance activities are accomplished to the scheduled planned (PM, CBM, and PDM). Identify equipment’s critical and non-critical spare parts needed to ensure that maintenance activities meet the standards and resolve the issues to reduce unplanned downtime. Create purchase requisition of identified parts of the equipment and machine improvement as a project initiative. Assist the contractor activities and provide needed support during the bidding.

2. Provide feedback to the Maintenance Supervisor for the identified activities in accordance with the production and maintenance schedules and recommend resources as required. Collaborates with others (e.g. Supervisors, vendors, and colleagues) by implementing good services.

3. Performs monitoring & analysis of machine failure. Analyzed the equipment efficiencies and availabilities to recommend the needed repairs, maintenance, and or replacement of parts.

4. Provide support in a wide variety of highly skilled (and sometimes complex) maintenance activities and troubleshooting for the purpose of ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved and projects are completed in a safe, effective and timely manner.

5. Initiate cost savings projects that will help to improve Productivity, Safety, and Quality.

6. Assist the production operators in addressing machine operational issues to prevent long machine downtime. Conduct production & warehouse shopfloor walkthrough

Ci piacerebbe che tu avessi:

Graduate of technical or vocational course, preferably with NCII certificate Can interpret /troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatic, and P&ID symbols. Knowledgeable in PLC, HMI, servo motors/drivers, and equipment automation is an advantage At least two years of experience in FMCG manufacturing setup or Semicon
