• Respond to customer inquiries across various channels (telephone, email, chat, social media, etc.) as per assigned team scope, with a focus on driving sales opportunities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying and maximizing sales potential during each interaction

• Address customer needs and provide tailored product/service recommendations to convert inquiries into sales

• Adhere to company sales guidelines and customer engagement standards

• Escalate complex or high-impact sales opportunities or issues to management as per standard operating procedures

• Accurately document all customer and sales interactions in accordance with company protocols

• Maintain consistent schedule adherence and excellent on-time attendance to ensure sales targets are met

• Follow company quality assurance standards and procedures related to sales interactions

• Demonstrate the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and product knowledge in every customer engagement
