Management Engineer 1

Job description:

The Management Engineer 1 is responsible for ensuring that production processes are in accordance with prescribed work instructions and operating conditions.

The post in conduct operations audits, ensure compliance with company procedures, and supervise projects focused on factory improvement, maintenance, and repairs.

• Conduct project studies to support Manufacturing, Toll, and other support teams.
• Perform baseline assessments and recommend improvements to close gaps versus desired performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and drive sustainability initiatives across operations.
• Monitor and support continuous improvement (CI) efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and environmental performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering
• Strong leadership skills, interpersonal abilities, and effective communication skills
• Ability to analyze and optimize production processes for efficiency and compliance
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn
• Willing to work at Mamplasan, Binan
