Management Trainee (Remote - PH based)

Cosy Hauz, a leading real estate company, is seeking a Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced real estate professionals to gain insight into the industry and develop essential skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. You'll be exposed to a variety of aspects of the business, from sales and marketing to property management and financial analysis, ensuring that you'll have a well-rounded understanding of the industry. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends and identify potential opportunities
• Assist senior professionals in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials
• Attend property showings, open houses, and other events to gain practical experience in sales and customer service
• Assist in lease negotiations and other real estate transactions
• Learn to assess property values and create financial analysis reports
• Collaborate with different departments to gain an understanding of the end-to-end processes of the company
• Participate in training and development sessions to advance your skills and knowledge of the industry

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance or similar field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Positive and team-oriented attitude
