About the Role

The Accounting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This position leads a team to deliver timely and compliant financial information while maintaining high standards of process adherence and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Financial reporting

• Month-end closing activities

• Statutory reporting and compliance support

• Lead the team in achieving defined SLAs and adherence to SOPs

What You Will Need

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Finance and Accounting

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and statutory compliance

• Experience working in a Finance Shared Service Center is an advantage but not required

• Good knowledge of financial systems and strong computer literacy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Adaptability to new systems, processes, and procedures

• Strong drive for continuous improvement

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Leadership and team management skills
