Project Management
Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on the global services tier, including, supporting Operation teams as needed
Lead specific GS Finance projects where applicable
To complete the deployment plan, specific to the region or global process supported, for each GS / Finance Strategic Program that needs to be stood up in the region
Accountable for a smooth transition to new operating model with minimal disruption to the operations
Collaborator focus, adaptable to the needs of the business
Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global
Ensure team members have the appropriate skills, supporting tools and technologies to enable them to deliver excellent customer service
Provide leadership, mentor, training and guidance to team, so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard
Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
Optimally supervise multiple projects concurrently
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
Project Management experience preferred
5 to 7 years of working experience in Finance
Deployment, solutions, organizational change experience desired
Familiar with General Finance Principles and Processes
Strong leadership skills to lead and collaborate with a team with a defined area of responsibility
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work and lead under pressure
Trusted business partner
Able to adapt to changing environment
Results-oriented
Successful experience of working within virtual teams
Strong project management, transition and knowledge transfer experience
Ability to plan and coordinate multiple and sophisticated deployment activities
Understanding of J&J Finance processes
Ability to assess business readiness for successful transition
