Job Description - Manager, Brand Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

This role focuses on leading data -driven strategies and integrated campaigns across Hotel, F&B, Retail, and Entertainment. The candidate must have a strong background in brand development, events management, and creative execution, with a solid grasp of industry trends and the ability to collaborate cross -functionally to deliver brand -aligned, impactful campaigns.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and executes innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and drive business performance across Hotel, F&B, Retail, and Entertainment.

  • Uses data -driven insights to identify growth opportunities, boost customer engagement, and strengthen brand presence.

  • Formulates strategies that leverage market opportunities and internal brand strengths.

  • Identifies trends in the Hotel and Retail sectors to create relevant opportunities for the brands.

  • Plans and directs marketing efforts for hotel, F&B, and non -gaming units.

  • Conceptualizes strategic initiatives and oversees campaign execution.

  • Leads cross -functional collaboration to implement marketing strategies.

  • Manages partnerships with advertising agencies, digital firms, and production companies.

  • Cultivates a creative marketing culture aligned with the brand's identity.

  • Builds strong internal partnerships to deliver integrated, objective -driven marketing campaigns.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across the resort.

  • Analyzes campaign performance and provides strategic recommendations for optimization.

  • Keeps updated with trends and best practices in marketing and customer acquisition.

  • Oversees and manages the brand marketing budget, ensuring alignment with objectives.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • 5–7+ years of experience in brand strategy, data -driven marketing, and cross -functional team leadership

  • Proven success in a senior or managerial marketing role

  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to align concepts to brand standards

  • In -depth knowledge of current marketing trends, tools, and customer acquisition strategies

  • Skilled in leading and developing high -performing teams

  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems

  • Strong communicator with experience collaborating across departments and stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and data -based decision -making

  • Results -driven and innovative, with the ability to manage complex marketing initiatives end -to -end
