Job Description - Manager, Creatives

Creative Leadership Develop and implement creative strategies and/or creative solutions that align with the brief and Solaire branding together with the Sr. Manager, Creatives Oversee multiple creative projects from conception to execution, ensuring they meet deadlines. Be the primary resource person for the execution of all materials in whatever medium, ensuring that the final output is of equality, compliant with brand standards and end-user specifications. Provide creative, mainly art or visual, with supervision and direction on copy or messaging for all creative and production-based output. Oversee the creation of various types of creative output, including digital, print, video and social media. Take on high-elevel creative requests and perform tasks assigned by the upper management as needed. Team Leadership Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, writers and multimedia team members. Be able to foster a collaborative, creative and innovative environment through mentorship and training. Provide direction and oversee the creative output of Graphic Artists, Animators and Photographers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Advertising Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or equivalent. Must be highly proficient in all application in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, XD, Lightroom, Spark, Dimension, After Effects etc.) Knowledgeable and experiences in using AI tools such as but not limited to Midjourney, Adobe Firefly and so on. Extensive understanding of online advertising and marketing trends, specifically for the luxury hospitality/integrated resort industry. Candidates must have strong communication skills with a track record of working with high-profile clients Should have astrong verbal, written and communication skills and the ability to communicate with large groups. Experience Required Minimum ten (10)years of experience, with at least five (5) years in an art director capacity in an advertising agency or a similar environment Creative experience for integrated resorts, hotel, F&B, luxury and/or hospitality brands is an advantage.
