Job Description - Manager - Customer Proposition

Manages the development and execution of compelling and innovative customer centric proposition and program across customer needs (protection, health, savings, and investment) to acquire and increase insurance ownership of key customer segments

Ensure product offerings and services are aligned with the customer value proposition and grounded in data driven customer insights and analytics to drive differentiation

Proposition Development

  • Leads the development and execution of compelling and innovative customer centric proposition and program across customer needs (protection, health, savings, and investment) visavis lifestage, and ensure product offerings are aligned with the customer value proposition.
  • Ensures that execution is supported by research on customer trends, market opportunities, technological advancement, competitor landscape and analysis of customer and policy data to drive differentiation and facilitate informed decision making amongst the Management team.

Proposition Delivery

  • Manages the planning and implementation of customer campaigns and programs that aim to deliver the company’s unique proposition across touchpoints
  • Leads cross-functional team comprising of Products, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution in translating proposition to product features and experience design; defining the go-to-market strategy to achieve overall business objectives.
  • Partner with external vendors to acquire skills, systems, services to enable the company to deliver and implement the defined proposition to its key customer segments

Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and identify and address performance gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure that the company meets its long term business objectives.
