Job Summary

• We’re searching for a talented and passionate Project Manager / SAP FICO Internal Consultant to join our team, wich is responsable to lead business process operations activities, including delivering high quality service and improved efficiencies for core business process operations services.

  The ideal candidate is a confident professional who will deal with all levels of personnel in the business. Specific responsibilities include driving operational excellence by establishing and delivering best-in-class service level objectives and KPIs.

General Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, report and update overall administration project portfolio progression, track resource utilization to ensure projects meet objectives/timelines. Facilitate administration project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate into functional outcomes 
• Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities 
• Monitor and manage concurrent administration projects ensuring across-the-broad delivery against defined deliverables 
• Ensure delivery of administration projects within time-lines, consistently meeting and exceeding stakeholder's expectations 
• Define, develop and process procedure for monitoring compliance with project management processes and guidelines 
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support and prepare functional specifications documentation by analyzing, understand and documenting the business process flow in detail and automate certain finance business process with RPA tools 
• Work with internal and external stakeholders for business automation tool upgrades, innovative, tools evaluations and configuration of new RPA tools for finance business processes 
• Become a sought-after in-house expert for selected industries/functions 
• Consistently engage and communicate with business/stakeholders on requirements and progress 
• Act as a gatekeeper for stakeholder relations and help extend administration project deliverables 
• Able respond to adhoc issues and queries within an agreed service level agreement timeline.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in economics or business administration (or similar)

• English fluent, due to the international and multinational context

• A minimum of five years of experience within the Finance function within there, 3-5 years prior work experience on SAP consulting (internal or external)

• Proficiency in FI-CO modules of SAP (within standard ERP or IS-Retail)

• General understanding of complementary modules of SAP

• Relevant experience in accounting according to IFRS

Education

• Degree and/or Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance 
• Project Management Professional Certification (not a must) 
• Qualifications from other fields will be considered (if relevant) 
• Amenable to Project Based/Consultancy employment, minimum 3 months
