• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the crewing operations team.

• Liaise with the recruitment department and assist in recruiting seafarers for the concerned principals, as well as monitor crew lineup.

• Monitor the progress and ensure timely crew changes.

• Evaluate nonconforming seafarers by assessing their performance based on reports and assessments made by the Master before assigning them to their next vessel.

• Manage and monitor the performances of the Crewing and documentation staff under their team.

• Responsible for the quality of his work in compliance with the ISO 9001 Standards.

• Performs other tasks related to crewing operations as required.
