As part of this bold journey, we’re looking for a Manager, P1 Brand (Smoke-Free Portfolio) to join our Marketing team in the Philippines.

This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our smoke-free product portfolio. You’ll lead brand strategy, drive consumer-centric initiatives, and deliver impactful marketing programs that accelerate our transformation and maximise category performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of brand and category strategies to drive performance and growth


• Translate consumer insights and segmentation into compelling marketing propositions


• Own end-to-end commercialisation of initiatives—from planning and demand forecasting through to execution and communication


• Develop brand positioning, campaigns, and media strategies aligned with target audiences


• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver integrated go-to-market plans


• Monitor product and campaign performance, using data and insights to optimise results


• Manage portfolio budgets to maximise value across initiatives and ongoing activities


• Act as the subject matter expert for your category, ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

• 7+ years’ experience in brand, product, or category management


• Strong experience using consumer insights and data to shape strategy and drive performance


• Proven ability to lead end-to-end commercialisation and go-to-market initiatives


• Experience managing budgets and delivering against commercial targets


• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams


• Strong communication skills and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives


• A consumer-centric mindset with a passion for innovation and transformation


• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
