Manager, Sales Excellence (Philippines)

• As a Manager, your role is the key to the growth of the business and demands a very high work ethic, an incredible attitude and a problem-solver mindset.
• Your ultimate goal is to acquire new clients through a combination of prospecting techniques leveraging off your network and business contacts.
• To succeed in this role, you need to be driven and a great communicator.
• You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business based on your assigned geographical area. 
• Identify opportunities in new business verticals and locations.
• Build and manage relationships with buyers.
• Contribute and work together with the marketing, relationship management and operations team to ensure alignment in the business strategy.
• Follow up ruthlessly on opportunities and achieve monthly targets.
• Build strategy for new market
• ASEAN Market expansion will be one of area segmentation

• A min 5 years of Business development and sales experience
• Genuine sense of curiosity.
• Fearless attitude towards networking, prospecting and eagerness to meet new people and build relationships. 
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal focused
• Attention to detail and able to deliver tasks on time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Tools
• Previous experience in B2B enterprise sales and/or Client Success (Bonus)
