The Recruiting Manager plays a vital role in coaching and supporting their recruiters to meet the high volume of candidates that Continuum hires and trains each year. The Recruiting Manager will be the expert in hiring trends based on recruiter performance to meet targeted goals consistently and ensure that the recruiters receive regular communication on new strategies we implement to succeed in this competitive market. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, and in partnership with the global recruiting team, you will be responsible for continuous process improvement to deliver a speedy and positive candidate application, interview with their recruiter, overall hiring experience, and attrition.
This key position requires strong data gathering, analysis, and reporting skills, the ability to pivot quickly as business needs change, tenacity to work under pressure and scrutiny, impeccable problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills, and patience to help less technically savvy team members learn and grow. As Continuum continues to grow and win new business, it is extremely important to understand and improve our automation in the hiring process without compromising the candidate’s experience.
