Job Description - Mandarin Bilingual - Customer Service Specialist

Work Setup: Onsite (Quezon City)

Shift: Shifting Schedule

Eligibility: Filipino citizen or PH permanent visa holder

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in Mandarin and English in listening, reading, writing, and speaking (at least HSK 5 proficiency level)
Minimum 2 years in College completed
Preferably with at least 1-year BPO experience/CSR Background
No BPO experience is welcome to apply!
Open to Filipino citizens or permanent visa holders only
