Job Description
️Providing support to employees, via email, telephone or chat and deliver suitable solutions in a timely manner.
️ Managing end-to-end HR processes (hiring, onboarding, offboarding, terminations, resignations)
️ Assisting with gathering information for leaves of absence, medical leave, paid/unpaid leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc..
️ Processing data entry or importing files into systems and reviewing information for accuracy
️ Identifying opportunities for development and process optimization
️ Providing support for the client's human resources department in matters related to personnel forms and archive/records
️ Working together with HR teams and third parties to ensure the accuracy of employee data/records and provide assistant and support, when needed
Job Qualification
️ Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any field
️Excellent knowledge of Mandarin language (written and oral)·
️Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
️ Good analytical skills
️Positive attitude and solution-oriented thinking
️ Proactive, flexible and adaptable
️ Team-oriented
️No related work experience required
