Position: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Location: Laguna
Salary: Php 65,000 - Php 75,000 ALL BASIC
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)

Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin and English
Experience assisting customers on phone and live chat, email, social media and web form submissions
Preferably Filipino-Chinese or fresh graduates or someone with CSR background
Amenable to work in Laguna
Duties:
Responsible to answer emails and chat regarding Payrolls and HR role
Provide solutions inquiries of employees of these companies located abroad
Responding via email if the inquiry is basic
Coordinate with employees of head office located in China
Updating employee file such as new address or marital status
Respond to internal employee concerns via email and calls
Answer calls from internal employees during office hours
Listen to global employees and give solutions to their concerns
Explain and record disputes to salary
Refresh employees regarding signed agreement
Collect and approve employees leaves and absences
