Position: Mandarin Project Manager
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 120,000 - Php 140,000

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or any related field
Minimum of at least 5 years of work experience in a related field
Experience using marketing-related tools for planning, execution, and monitoring.
Wide range of marketing knowledge from traditional marketing, digital marketing, and Search Engine Marketing
A lead generation database is an advantage
Proficiency in Online Marketing and Social Media strategy
DUTIES:
- Collaborate with the sales team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for assigned clients.
- Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts.
- Lead the planning and managing of Marketing Programs from end to end.
- Identify the short-term and long-term scheduling budget and resource needs, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial consideration.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics, and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences of clients, and develop marketing plans.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaigns.
- Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams.
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendation.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines participate in events, document business processes and provide additional sales support.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with management about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
