Mandarin Speaking - Research Associate

National Capital Region (NCR), Mandaluyong City

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree on Journalism.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Research and Development or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality, real-time research assistance to bankers / consultants in support of client projects Perform research including but not limited to the online retrieval of financial information, company fundamentals, and market data as well as performing basic research functions using secondary databases, outside sources and academics.

Additional Requirements

Chinese Language Profeciency is required for the position. 

Knowledge of basic accounting terminology.

Familiar with Online Research via Google/Bing Search

Graduate of BS in Commerce/Business/Accounting or any related course. 

Familiarity with Databases - Factiva, Profound, Deal Logic, etc is an advantage but not required. 

Technical know-how in MS Office Suite. Good exposure to internet.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

Ability to work on a flexible schedule during day, night and weekend shifts
