Position: Mandarin-Cantonese Customer Specialist
Type of job: Emails, and Calls

Schedule: Shifting Scheduled with 2 days off

Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and chat
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Assisting and helping customers with product concerns
Monitoring and tracking orders
Perform other related tasks
Requirements:
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English language
Open to undergraduate, and Bachelor’s graduates
Relevant experience in Customer Service is a big plus
A good understanding of travel products, services, and destinations.
