Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Preferably with one year experience in analysis of reports in manufacturing set-up
• Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and its principle
• Good knowledge of 5S System
• Highly trainable, good analytical skills

Job Description

• Generates monthly reports on scheduled vs actual production hours
• Prepare Disposal Form of RMATS and PMATS
• Acts as the department's document controller for (ISO, HACCP and HALAL)
• Distributes reports to different departments and coordinates with them regarding any needs of production
• Request purchase request for production through Oracle System
• Filing of production reports and other pertinent records
• Assists Production supervisor with their needs
