Develop and maintain custom dashboards and recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Monitor trends, anomalies, and KPIs across digital platforms
Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and processes
Manage data collection, reporting initiatives, and delivery timelines
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across analytics and tracking tools
Work closely with Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence, and other stakeholders to define data requirements
Centralize and standardize digital tracking and analytics processes
Stay updated on analytics trends, tools, and best practices through research and networking
