The firm operates through four specialised divisions, focusing on Migration, Employment, Commercial, and Property law. They have offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Adelaide.

About the Role:

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking legal firm, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Marketing and Customer Service Specialist to enhance their team. The successful candidate will handle lead prospecting and outreach, supporting the marketing team with various daily tasks. Responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, managing communications, scheduling social content, performing administrative duties, writing blog posts with ChatGPT assistance, and uploading content to WordPress. This remote position, based in the Philippines, offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the firm's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Prospecting and Outreach:
  • Conduct research to discover potential clients and business opportunities within the business and finance sectors.
  • Reach out to potential clients using pre-approved scripts and messaging through email, social media, and other communication channels.
    Maintain and update the prospect database with progress and relevant information.
Social Media Scheduling Support:
  • Plan and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and engage with our social media audience to build and maintain relationships.
Web Content Support:
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and uploading of blog posts to our WordPress site.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external writers to keep a consistent content schedule.
Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed


Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable role, ideally within a marketing or legal environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in conducting in-depth research and presenting the results clearly.
  • High level of organisation and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Preferred Skills:
    Understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Experience using graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
