Job Description - Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist (Australian Client / Day Shift)
Description
About Brainbox
Brainbox is a unique BPO that focuses not only on delivering excellent service but also on fostering an amazing culture. Rooted in our core value of 'Always Be Kind', we prioritise kindness in every policy, decision, and action. Our Philippines management team is composed entirely of Filipinos, and we provide unlimited training and HMO benefits from day one to help our people grow and become their best selves.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to build the marketing function for our client from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will research and build prospect lists, create business-to-business content, run email and LinkedIn campaigns, and book qualified meetings into the CEO's calendar.
Our client is an Australian-owned technology business that upgrades existing CCTV systems with AI-powered video analytics, serving buyers in mining, facilities, retail, healthcare and education. Selling, quoting and technical questions stay with the CEO, so this is a marketing and lead generation role, not a closing sales role.
Key Duties
Research and Prospect Lists
Build and verify prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites and industry directories.
Identify the right decision makers across the client's target sectors.
Keep lists clean, current and ready for campaigns.
Content and Channels
Write and publish business-to-business content, including LinkedIn posts, email campaign copy and case studies.
Create simple graphics and short video edits.
Update website product pages and news posts.
Campaigns and Lead Management
Plan and run email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns from list through to reported results.
Qualify inbound enquiries and book meetings into the CEO's calendar.
Review campaign results and adjust what is not working.
CRM, Reporting and Administration
Log contacts, replies and pipeline stages in the CRM.
Report on campaign performance and pipeline.
Prepare a weekly plan for CEO approval, and submit lists, claims and campaigns for review before they go out.
Requirements
Requirements
Two years or more of experience in a marketing, lead generation or sales development role.
Experience building and verifying your own prospect lists from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites and industry directories. Experience with purchased lists alone will not meet this requirement.
Experience writing and publishing business-to-business content, such as LinkedIn posts, email campaign copy and case studies. Consumer social media content alone will not meet this requirement.
Experience running email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns end to end, including measuring and reporting results.
Experience qualifying inbound enquiries and booking meetings for a decision maker.
Experience keeping a CRM pipeline current, including contacts, replies and pipeline stages.
Clear written and spoken English for business-to-business outreach to Australian companies by email and phone.
Able to work independently to an approved plan, keep work moving while waiting on approvals, and ask the right questions about audience and offer before building a campaign.
Keen attention to detail.
Preferred
Experience marketing technical or security products, such as CCTV, video analytics or building systems.
Simple graphics and video editing in Canva or a similar tool.
Experience updating WordPress product pages and news posts.
Experience marketing into mining, facilities, retail, healthcare or education in Australia.
