Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Work Shift: EST

Working Hours: 40 hours per week / Full-time

Rate: $800/month

Job Description:

This role is at the heart of our marketing operations making sure ideas move from planning to execution, campaigns stay on track, and no detail falls through the cracks. You'll be working closely with the founder and marketing team to help bring our brand to life.

You'll be the one who keeps marketing moving part executive assistant, part project coordinator, part taskmaster (in the best way). This is a highly organized, process-based role focused on execution and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Project Coordination

• Manage the Asana marketing board: assign tasks, follow up, manage deadlines

• Translate marketing meetings into clear tasks and action items

• Maintain and improve internal SOPs and workflows

• Write and update weekly and monthly KPI and project reports

Email Campaign Support & Execution

• Prepare content and assets for email campaigns

• Set up and schedule Klaviyo emails (segments, QA, scheduling)

• Maintain calendars and internal content/copy docs

Shopify & Website Support

• Create and manage product pages, landing pages, and homepage updates Upload images, format product descriptions, and prep assets for launches

Social Media, Affiliate & Influencer Coordination

• Export and organize UGC and social assets

• Prep social content for scheduling (caption files, folders, etc.)

• Respond to basic DMs/comments with templates

• Help manage affiliate/influencer outreach, tracking, and coordination

Analytics & Research

• Maintain weekly/monthly analytics tracking

• Conduct product and competitor research as needed

Qualifications:

• Have excellent written and spoken English

• Are confident managing multiple tools and workflows

• Are experienced with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Canva, Asana

• Communicate clearly, ask smart questions, and take ownership

• Love structure, processes, and getting things across the finish line

• Follow instructions and improve them when needed

• Work well independently but enjoy being part of a team
